這系列作品創作於我在美國參與藝術家駐留計劃期間。對我而言，一個有趣的文化差異在於人們對陽光的不同態度：在香港，人們往往會以各種方式避開陽光；而在美國，或許同樣因地理位置與氣候條件的差異，人們反而更珍惜陽光，享受沐浴在陽光之下的時刻。這種對光線截然不同的感知與身體經驗，成為我創作這個系列的重要起點。

This series was created during my artist residency in the United States. What interested me was the different ways people relate to sunlight. In Hong Kong, people often find various ways to avoid the sun, while in the United States, perhaps due to geographical location and climate, sunlight is often more cherished, and people seem to enjoy immersing themselves in it. This contrast in the perception and bodily experience of light became an important starting point for this body of work.
